Gordon joined the team in 2018. He owned and ran a successful automotive business for many years before moving to the care industry. He gained experience as a live in carer as well as working for another agency before joining Goldfinch Care Agency.

Gordon assists with the administration and training of the carers. His calm, reassuring and easy going manner is a great asset to the smooth operations in the office. He understands the many aspects the carers deal with in their daily roles as live in carers, having had the experience of being a live in carer himself.
